XORA Data Deletion Request

How to request data deletion

1. Open the XORA app.
2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete specific data.
3. Select the data you want to delete and submit your request.

If you cannot access the app

You may request data deletion by contacting us at support@appxora.xyz.

Please include:

• Your XORA account email or user ID
• The type of data you want deleted
• Any additional details needed to identify the data

Data that may be deleted

• Profile image
• Display name or profile details
• User-uploaded attachments or media associated with your account
• Device/session records
• Optional app activity data linked to your account
• Other user-provided account data, where applicable

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment records, or enforcement of our Terms of Use. This may include limited security logs, billing records, report/abuse handling records, and audit records.

Retention period

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some retained records may be kept for the minimum period required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
