XORA Account Deletion Request
This public deletion page is provided in English first. Korean and Chinese are convenience copies for access and support clarity.
This page is a public entry point for requesting deletion of a XORA app account if you cannot access the in-app settings flow. XORA may require verification before processing a request to prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion.
Never send your password, passcode, private key, mnemonic phrase, recovery phrase, verification code, or message contents through this page.
What this covers
- XORA-side account records, profile data, login identifiers, session records, device trust records, push token links, and account preferences, where applicable.
- XORA-side email credential records and XORA-side provider login linkage such as Apple, Google, or X, where applicable.
What this does not cover
- Deleting your XORA account does not delete your external Apple, Google, X, Stripe, App Store, or Google Play account.
- Deleting your XORA account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by another payment provider.
- This request is for your XORA app account. Mnemonic deletion or mnemonic changes are handled separately inside the XORA app and should never be submitted through support or web forms.
- Shared encrypted messages may not immediately disappear from other participants' devices or spaces that they are entitled to retain.
How to request deletion
If you can access the app, use Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@appxora.xyz with the subject XORA Account Deletion Request.
After a verified deletion request is accepted, XORA applies a 14-day grace period. If you sign in again during that period, the deletion request is cancelled so accidental deletion can be stopped through normal account access.
XORA may retain limited records where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, billing disputes, legal compliance, account integrity, or audit obligations.
