Account Deletion Request
Use this page when you cannot access the in-app deletion path. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, verification codes, or message contents.
14-day grace period
Accepted deletion requests enter a 14-day grace period. Signing in again during the grace period cancels the deletion request. Do not describe a grace-period account as already deleted.
How to request deletion
Start in the app through Settings > Profile when possible. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@appxora.xyz with the subject XORA Account Deletion Request.
What XORA deletes
XORA-side account records and XORA-side SSO linkages may be deleted after verification and the grace period, subject to legal, fraud, billing, security, and audit retention limits.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing disputes, and audit integrity.
External accounts are not deleted
XORA cannot delete your external Google, Apple, X, or other provider account. XORA can delete only the XORA-side linkage where applicable.
Future signup
The same email or SSO account may be able to sign up later as a new account. Old UID, keys, trust graph, recovery state, and message decrypt ability are not restored.
